This programme adopted an innovative "dual-city co-hosting" model, making it UFI's first cross-regional training initiative in the Asia-Pacific region. It fully reflects Macao's strategic positioning as "one center, one platform, one base" and highlights the pivotal role of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin in promoting integrated development of the MICE industry. Simultaneously, it signifies the entry of talent cultivation for the MICE industry in the Greater Bay Area into a new phase.

Under the guidance of a top team from the Asia-Pacific region—including venue safety management experts, environmental resource consultants, and executives from MICE technology companies—over 30 participants from Macao, China, Mainland China, Taiwan(China), and Malaysia gained the latest industry insights and hands-on experience through structured training and field visits. They also successfully obtained the UFI-VMA internationally recognised dual certification. The successful implementation of this "dual-city co-hosting" model not only significantly elevated the participants' professional competencies but also set a new benchmark for regional MICE talent cultivation, injecting fresh power into venue management in the Asia-Pacific region.
